Intellectual Property- Freelancers retain ownership of their work unless otherwise agreed upon.- By submitting content, users grant Workwriters a non-exclusive, worldwide, freelancers to use, display, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating the Platform. 7. Confidentiality- Users agree to keep all communication and information shared through the Platform confidential, unless consent is given to disclose it. 8. Termination- Workwriters reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account for violations of these terms.- Users may terminate their account at any time by following the designated process.  9. Dispute Resolution- Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules .- Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in USA 10.
